"Shipping took forever"
My order finally showed up after about a month, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I’m glad it arrived, but it wasn’t worth the wait.

"Color looked way different in person"
I was disappointed when the dress arrived. The color looked so much brighter in the pictures, but in person it was way duller. It kind of made me feel annoyed, like I was expected to just accept it even though it wasn’t what I thought I was getting.

I’ve ordered from rosewe twice now, and both times my packages showed up right on time. The tracking updated like it should, so I never felt like I had to chase anyone down or keep guessing where my order was.

My most recent order actually arrived a day earlier than expected. The box was a little beat up, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with the shipping and would definitely order from them again.

"Photos made it look a lot better"
I was kind of disappointed when the dress arrived because it definitely didn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures. The material felt cheaper than I expected, and the color wasn’t really the same either. It’s not the worst dress ever, but it does feel like the photos were making it look a bit better than it actually is.

I ordered two tops and they’re definitely similar to what’s shown, just not a perfect match. The fit was a little different than I expected, and the colors looked slightly off in person too... That said, they’re still cute and I’ll wear them, but I wouldn’t expect them to look exactly like the model pics.

"The discount worked, but I kind of wish I’d waited"
The code went through without any problems, and the final price seemed okay at the time. Looking back though, I’m not totally sure it was the best deal I could’ve gotten, so I do have a little regret about ordering when I did.

Shopping itself was totally fine, no real issues there. But the return policy kind of sent me in circles for a minute. I thought I understood it, then clicked another page, then had to go back and reread a few things. Not a huge deal, and I wouldn’t say it was bad, but it could definitely be clearer and easier to find

I had to exchange a dress for a different size, and the whole thing took longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, so that was good, but the process felt slower than it needed to be. I did finally get the new size and it worked out in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying.

I ended up having to return one of the dresses, which was a bit disappointing because I really wanted it to work out. I expected the refund process to be a hassle, but it only took a few days and the money came back without any issues. Support replied to my email and explained exactly what I needed to do. Kind of wish I hadn’t stressed about it so much, because it was easy in the end...

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ordered from Rosewe mainly because the prices were low, so I wasn’t expecting much. But when the dress arrived, it actually made me smile because it reminded me of trying on outfits with my sister before going out, just that little excited feeling when something looks better than you thought it would. The dress looks nice on, and the material is decent for what I paid.
Shipping did take a little while, so I wouldn’t order last minute, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. For the money, I feel like it was worth it, and I’d definitely consider ordering again.

I haven’t had any huge issues, but I also wouldn’t say I’m completely convinced yet. I was kind of nervous about ordering clothes online because you never really know, right?? But the size chart on rosewe was surprisingly accurate for me. I went with my usual size and it fit pretty much how I expected, not too tight, not awkward, just comfortable. The dress length looked close to the photos too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely order again
