They knew who I was. They looked into my request.. Got my package and you had tracked it and found out I just recieved it. You got back with me. Products were as shown. Everything was super.

"My experience with Rosewe was AWESOME AND EXCITING"
My experience with Rosewe was really AWESOME. When I placed several orders I needed it expedited for a function. ROSEWE, in particular Maggie as well as a few online reps assured me that they would ensure that I received my order in time. One time when I placed an order and the delivery date was later than it should have been, I was given a sincere apology and even rewarded. My experience thus far was AWESOME. The reps were true to their word, helpful, efficient and professional.

"Late late late shipping"
I ordered 2 dresses on 4-26-23 and paid extra to have expedited shipping so I could have them by 5-3-23. 2 tickets later, they finally got sent to FedEx on 5-5-23 (2 days AFTER I was supposed to already have them in my possession). Now they're "in transit" at a facility a few states away as of 5-6-23, with no delivery date yet on when i can expect to recieve my package. What was the point in spending $20 for special shipping to not be even close on the "latest date to receive"? When I finally receive my order, I will gladly leave a review of my items. I'm very excited to get them, they look gorgeous in the pictures I have seen.

"AVOID this selling site"
I never do bad reviews but this is the worst selling site ever.the dress I received was badly made and to return it would cost £18.99. The dress itself was only just under £40.00.this site is an absolute disgrace.AVOID if you don’t want to be ripped off.the 1 star I’ve given is because to write a review I had to give the star.

I purchased two items from Roswe that are classy. I received the first item timely. The second item was delayed significantly. After notifying them of the delay, they resolved the matter and I became a satisfied customer.

My order has never been delayed and I also appreciate how they follow up with my tracking number and always insure that I received what I ordered, quite unlike Felizos that I bought something from them since February up till now I have not receive it which shows they are fake company

The dresses were amazing I love them. This was my first time ordering from this company. My order came on time and that was important. I ordered a size larger just in case, it was a little big but still looked nice on. They are true to size, the next one I will order my correct size. Thank you for being prompt.

"Watch the size and thinness of material"
I purchased 3 dresses. Two didn't fit and the other was very very thin. I was able to return everything with no issues and now that I'm aware of the sizing issue it's possible I'll try again

"The bathing suits are gorgeous"
I purchased two bathing suits and am very pleased with both. The suits look exactly like the ones modeled. The fit was perfect. I love everything about them. I would definitely recommend them and shop them again. The shipping time is a little longer than expected but it’s because they are not in the USA.

"I placed an order for an upcoming trip never received"
I placed an order for an upcoming trip I had. I wrote CS because I needed these item to arrived timely. I was told if I paid for expedited shipping I will have them. So I did. The day before my trip, items had still not been shipped so I requested order be cancelled and a refund issue. It’s been two months now sine I placed order and a month since I requested cancellation and all they are offering is a refund for a dress that after placing order became a back order. This was my first time ordering from Rosewe and will think twice before ordering again.
